Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States (including most PO Boxes and APO/FPO where supported). We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
Standard: $7.99 flat for orders under $49. Free standard shipping on orders $49+ (after discounts, before tax). Expedited options may appear at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Processing is 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 4-5 business days after ship date. Peak seasons and weather can add time.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.
Please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors/household or building office. Then contact the carrier to open a trace and email us at support@sweetfashionprincess.com — we’ll help where possible.
What’s your return policy?
All orders are covered by our Happily Ever After Guarantee. Returns are accepted within 14 days< /strong> of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags/packaging. To begin, email support@sweetfashionprincess.com. Full details here: Returns & Exchanges.
Who pays for return shipping?
Changed mind/fit: customer pays. Defective/incorrect item: we cover it and provide a prepaid label.
What condition do returns need to be in?
Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, or wear. Bundled accessories must be returned together.
How long do refunds take?
Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original method within 10 business days. Your bank/card may need extra time to post.
How do I choose the right size?
Use our Size Guide. If between sizes, choose the larger size for extra twirl room. Each gown is hand-measured; 1–2 inch variation is normal by style.
Do dresses include petticoats?
Most gowns are sold dress-only. If a style includes a petticoat or accessories, it will be listed on the product page.
Can you help me with measurements?
Yes! See the “How to Measure” guide on our Size Guide page — or email us with her age, chest, and desired length and we’ll recommend a size.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing quickly. Email support@sweetfashionprincess.com ASAP and we’ll do our best. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (where available). All payments are secured via SSL.
Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
Are your gowns itchy?
Comfort first. We prioritize soft linings and kid-friendly finishes. If a style runs more structured, we’ll note it on the product page.
How do I care for the dresses?
Spot clean or gentle hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Avoid heat and bleach. Check the product page for any special care notes.
Will the dress look like the photos?
Yes — we aim for accuracy. Colors can vary slightly by screen, and different fabrics/silhouettes may cause 1–2 inch measurement variation.
Can I send a gift with a note?
Absolutely. Add your message at checkout. Prices are not shown on the packing slip.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available and delivered via email.
Can I stack discount codes?
Only one promo code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
Price adjustment policy?
If your order goes on sale within 7 days of purchase, email us — we’ll review for a one-time courtesy adjustment when eligible.
